I picked up a pair of Tory Burch sandals (similar to the ones I mentioned here) from Nordstrom a while back. The heel measures in at 5.5", but they are still pretty comfortable. After I wore them the first time, I was able to tell where blisters would form, and now use preemptive bandaging to keep my feet happy. Now that I'm used to them, I've worn them for the past three days in a row!
